Spirits of Joy and Motions of Praise

Mission:

To impart the importance of worship and praise both communally and personally by providing young people an outlet to praise the Lord. Spirits of Joy is for children in grades K through 7. Motions of Praise is for youth in grades 8 through 12.

Description:

Participants will study the scripture to understand the biblical basis for ministry through dance and:

1. Express worship to God through liturgical dance/dramatic arts
2. Enhance the worship experience
3. Provide expressive interpretation of the ministry of song

Service Opportunity:

Adults with experience in choreography and a passion for expressive worship are needed.
